Whee Tin obtained her LL.B (Hons) in England in 1984, was admitted to the Bar in England & Wales in 1986 and in Singapore in 1998. Whee Tin had previously worked as a Court Clerk at a Magistrates Court, Middlesex, England for 7 years before practising law in Singapore. She currently handles mainly compliance matters for trust companies and corporate service providers in different jurisdictions. She has considerable experience in corporate and commercial matters, drafting wills and powers of attorney, probate matters, corporate secretarial services, joint venture agreements, loan agreements and employment agreements.
