In her long legal career, Rosa was admitted to practise law in England & Wales, Hong Kong, New York, Singapore and the British Virgin Islands. She had practised in London, Hong Kong, New York and Singapore. She was a partner at Deacons and Linklaters & Paines, Hong Kong and an associate at Slaughter & May in London.
She received her Bachelor and Master degrees in Economics and Law from Girton College, Cambridge University and her Master of Law degree from New York University.
She was awarded the English Law Society Scholarship and obtained distinction in Company and Partnership Law and Solicitors Accounts.
