Ms Ong Beng-Lay is Group Legal Counsel. She graduated in law from the National University of Singapore. She is admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore and has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer with the law firm David Chong & Co., now known as David Chong Law Corporation. She is also admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales and a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner with STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
