The Department for International Tax Cooperation (DITC) advises industry of several updates related to Economic Substance (ES) matters including the following.

DITC PORTAL UPDATE

Availability of the Portal for filing of the ES Return and Form for an Entity Tax Resident in Another Jurisdiction by the end of this month.

 

ES Reporting Deadlines

Reporting deadlines for ES have been further extended as outlined here. This extension only applies to this first year.
