INCREASE IN CAYMAN COMPANY ANNUAL GOVERNMENT FEE

We advise that we have received a notice from the Cayman Authority on 01 November 2023 to notify an increase in Cayman Company Annual Government Fees effective from 01 January 2024. Details of the changes are as follows:

These fee increases will apply in respect of the renewal year 2024 for the Company.

You will have already received your 2024 renewal invoice for the previous fee. We will therefore be issuing a supplementary invoice to you to cover the shortfall for your early settlement.

We shall also be revising and resending the Annual Declaration form to remove all reference to the previous fee.

We thank you for your cooperation and understanding. The fee revision by the Authority was not anticipated.

此調漲費用適用於有關 2024 年公司的存續年費。

貴客戶已收到先前 2024 年年費發票費用， 因此本公司向 貴客戶開立額外發票，以便包含調漲後的差額。

本公司亦將修改並重新發送年度申報暨聲明書，以刪除先前所有參考的費用。
