We refer to our previous email on 4 September 2024 on the implementation of new requirements and framework relating to the Beneficial Transparency Act, 2023 that will take place early next year, i.e. 1 January 2025.

3.Beneficial Ownership Transparency General Guidance; and
4.CSV Technical Guidance Notes (Final) – Revised 24 September 2024.

ACTION REQUIRED:

Please read the attached Important Notice on Cayman Islands Beneficial Ownership Registers and Explanatory Notes, and complete and return the relevant Cayman Beneficial Ownership Form(s) by 15 December 2024.
