Diana is the General Manager of Corporate Services in Singapore Office, and she has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate secretarial industry helping clients with their company re-structuring needs. She began her career with a Certified Public Accountant Firm in Singapore and provided a full range of corporate services to clients. Diana was conferred the designation of IBF Qualified by The Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore (IBF) for Wealth Management in Trust Administration/Wealth and Estate Planning.
