CAYMAN - Adjustment of Annual Renewal Fees for Year 2027
Cayman annual renewal fees will increase by USD 150 from 1 January 2027. Updated fees will appear on renewal invoices issued in October 2026.

- Effective Date: 1 January 2027
- Scope: Portcullis annual renewal of registered agent and office fees
- Adjustment Amount: USD 150 increase
Invoicing & Next Steps
- Annual Renewal Invoices: The updated amount will be reflected in your upcoming 2027 annual renewal invoices, which will be issued in October 2026.
Should there be any changes to the government fee, we shall issue a separate supplementary invoice for the government fees.
