Fraudulent Website Falsely Using the Name “Sharrow Ltd”

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Hong Kong, 26 October 2026 — Portcullis Group and Fusang Group are aware of a website operating at sharrow.ltd and associated online materials, including purported press releases published on third-party news platforms, which present an entity called “Sharrow Ltd” as a global digital asset trading platform.

This website and its associated materials are not operated, authorised, or endorsed by Portcullis Group, Fusang Group, or any of their affiliates.

The website falsely displays:

• the name of our Hong Kong group company, Sharrow Limited;
• our registered office address at Unit 1, 20/F, Low Block, Grand Millennium Plaza, 181 Queen’s Road Central, Hong Kong;
• an identifier (“FSX-TA-006”) presented as associated with Fusang Exchange Ltd; and
• management biographies and other content taken from unrelated third parties.

Sharrow Limited does not operate any digital asset trading platform, does not solicit investments, deposits, or account registrations from the public, and has no connection with the website sharrow.ltd.

What you should do

• Do not open accounts, transfer funds, or provide personal or wallet information on the website or to anyone claiming to represent it.
• Our only official websites are portcullis.group and fusang.co. Treat any other domain using our names with caution.
• If you have dealt with this website, contact your bank or wallet provider immediately and report the matter to the Hong Kong Police Force’s Anti-Deception Coordination Centre (Anti-Scam Helpline 18222).
• To verify any communication purporting to come from us, contact [email protected] or [email protected].

We have reported this matter to the Hong Kong Police Force and the relevant regulators and are taking steps to have the website taken down. We reserve all rights to take further action against those responsible.
